Just had this strange one.
Loaded simpler.
Choose patch that is missing a sample.
Replace the sample using the file browser. (Playback ok)
Undo.. (Sample is unloaded)
Redo.. (Sample is replaced again as before but no audio playback)

So if you undo replace accidentally (as i did..somehow?) and use redo to fix the mistake, it doesn't work.
