Midi Issue - no luck with tech support

Hopeing someone can help, have emailed support and after 2 weeks have had only a 1 line reply. Guess they are busy with v6
I've had this problem with v5 and now v6. I have a Behringer BCR2000 as my control surface, I've mapped loads of ableton controls with success.
I'm having problems with the "cue" control, it's mapped OK and if I press the appropriate button on the BCR2000 then live see's this and the appropriate cue button lights up within live.
However, if I click one of the cue buttons within Live it doesn't send this to the controller. I know this because lives "midi send light" doesn't even flash, it does with all the other controls i've mapped.
It also does the same with loops. Within live if I press the "loop position set" and then "loop length set" then the "loop" button within live activates. Again this info is not sent to the midi controller even though the loop button is mapped to a button on the BCR2000.
Is this behaviour by design?
Any help appreciated.....
Thanks,
Ellis
