I like a lot of different stuff and therefore I think it all influences what you do in music...and to some point, I think the stuff you DON'T like influences your music quite a bit too.

My god - these dudes knew how to get the best out of their limited kit!
Productions from that era still sound fresh, and they were so innovative it's hard to believe

Wu Tang Clan, Joy Division, and Leonard Cohen never really leave me. They're all perfect in their different ways.

I've listened to a lot of Chemical Brothers in my day, though, so that shows... and there's a lot of Manu Chao in there whenever I pick up a guitar.

I also adore cheesy UK Garage from five-six years ago, but I try to keep the 16th shuffle at sensible levels...

Ah, I suppose I'll just go for "Every moment that came before this"!
