my live set consistantly neglects to update my bcr to the current location of it's linked parameters upon opening of the set. in fact everytime I open it the bcr is set to one possition and the linked parameters in live are at another possition so if I turn the knob the parameter jumps which is terrible!

ok so it seems like a bug but I haven't seen anyone else complaining about this so I'm thinking there is something wrong with my setup.

so I have my midi preferences set to TRACK/ON and REMOTE/ON

the thing I think might be causing the problems is the fact that I'm running the mackie control using bcr port 1 and trying to use the bcr as a standard endless pot controller at the same time. not using any one knob for both but using part of the machine for mackie and part of the machine for regular use

so up top it says MACKIE CONTROL/BCR PORT 1/BCR PORT 1 and then down below it also says bcr TRACK/ON and REMOTE/ON

am I making any sense? I'm kinda drunk.... this has been worrying me at live shows lately though so far there haven't been any huge blunders.

is this a bug or is it a side effect to using the bcr in both mackie and not in mackie at the same time?

I asked about this way back in the beta testing and got no reply, then I asked in the general forum and got no reply, now I'm asking in here with no reply... oh joy.

I think I'll contact support as a last resort.
