Ableton Forum

Hi there, this is my first post... Basically, I've been using Ableton 5 and loving it. But I have a problem. I have made a half-hour 'mixtape' kinda set, but when I render it the last long vocal track goes out of synch over the time it takes to play the song. It's been an absolute nightmare and consumed my weekend. for some reason it seems to move it out of sync. I save, then render, then quit to lsten to it in audacity and it's out. So I re-open Live and check it and it'f fine. I've been trying all sorts of stuff like freezing all the tracks, and nothing seems to help. It is driving me mad. It is all mixed and ready for masterting except for this one wandering section! GRRR! I have tried re-warping it, unwarping, clicking the RAM button, freezing, unfreezing it (freezing even took t out of synch worse, pushing it ahead of time). I've been loving live until now, but I'msuddenly having second thoughts. Please help me someone!! I'll email you the crazy mix when it's done![/b]
