Tape Stop / Record Stop effect for Mac

Does anyone know of a tape stop effect audio unit/vst for Mac? Something similiar to the effect achieved with the tape stop on dBlue's (pc only
) Glitch plug-in.

i can't seem to get this to work the way I want, im wondering if its possible.
For instance on a PC I just mapped the Global Tape Stop effect to a midi button on my controller , and just hit the button whenever i want to trigger the tape stop slow effect.
So far on supatrigger I've played with the settings (instant slow checked, ect.) but I can't seem to get it to trigger the effect in a predictable fashion.

turn instant repeat on as well. then supatrigga becomes all predictable like
