Strange Clip-View behavior in Live 5....

A friend of my caught some very interesting clip behavior in Live 5. OSX universal binary. Hes using at least 5.2 on an Intel mac, but I dunno exactly what version.
It's harder to explain than just to show.
Here's a video of the behavior:

Basically the clip can't decide exactly where the beat markers are as you zoom in and out.
The clip is a 44.1k .mp3
Strange, no? Audio seems fine and synched, it seems.
