Does the free upgrade to Live 3.0 include a manual?

Sorry, this may be a question someone else has asked before, but I haven't read about it yet.
Do the users who purchased Live 2.0 after August 1st receive the boxed version upgrade, or just a download? The manual to Live 3.0 is the issue for me. I would like a "real" maual. Not one that has to be printed from a pdf. Is this a possibility?
