Click Noticed On Certain Impulse Recordings

I was recording a simple hat pattern using impulse last night.
For some strange reason when I tried playing the recorded audio, there was a loud click at the beginning as it looped. I don't know if this is the old impulse bug that has not been fixed (the one many know about).
Whatever though, no matter what I did (Recorded numerous times), there was always a click when I played back the recorded audio.
Seems strange because what I hear should be what I get ?
This is the first time I noticed this happen since version 6. I eventually worked around the problem by recording twice as long and looping the second half of the recording.
Hope this gets fixed cause its not nice.
