Is Hot Swap Working as per the Manual?

I can't seem to get it working as described in the manual. I need to double-click the preset to preview and load it (which I did before L6 so it's not much of an improvement). The manual speaks of simply browsing the presets to preview and a double click (or return) to load. I have even read magazine reviews which speak of "hovering" over the hot-swap button of a preset to preview.
I saw this issue coming up during beta testing but is it just me or is it not working?
