midi value scaling causing out of tune osc in operator

If I control the coarse and fine tuning of operators oscillators with a midi controller while using value scaling the oscillator becomes out of tune compared to when I have pickup or none selected as my take-over mode.
To recreate set control knobs to coarse and fine of osc a on an operator. Set take over on none for now. Play a pattern...maybe use an arp on hold or something. Using your controller knobs set coarse to 1 and fine to 1000.
Now go into midi prefs and change takeover to value scaling. Turn the knobs again taking the values away from 1 and 1000 and then return them to 1 and 1000. Switch back and forth between value scaling and none (or pickup) a couple times and then readjust your values away from (return to min or max) and then back to 1 and 1000 to comapre. There is obvious detuning when using value scaling take-over.
I really wont be able to use value scaling for now which is sad because I was really happy with it until I discovered this problem.
