hate that monster dub beat.. sounds like that old song from US3 "cantaloop" or something.

don't understand why people find the need to make all these beat videos. it ain't nothing to sit down and bang out a beat.. doesn't mean you have to make some huge theatrical presentation of it...

I suppose the idea was to ridicule those beat making videos, could be funnier though.
Why are they there ? , mostly people want to make some bucks selling useless shit tutorials and CDR to the wannabe Dres. For the rest- non commercial- Why do people put their own weird videos on www anyway ?
Once I got MPC , checked some demos, downloads ,but nothing of any use. Absolutely unprofessional rubbish CDR while tutorials may help if you illiterate or too lazy to read manual but I guess they still find fools to buy that shit.
I bought a tutorial eBook of "MPC tutor" ( these people run a whole website/forum to sell their shit)trusting advice of fellow Abletonians. Did I find anything more then in manual ? Not really, just hope that i supported some struggling artist ( it is better feeling then thinking "I was ripped off)

... not to speak of the cheesy sounds and seq on the "free" flash card coming with the 1000.... so useless, but at least a "free" compact flash card.

nice your thought about struggling artists... :D

That's funny, I really do think there are two sides to this. I think MORE people should do this, since

a) More people would realize how most of the videos are utter crap
and
B) We would end up being so annoyed by all the crap that we'd do our own videos blowing the others out of the sky!

You started that so............
So why dont you start for real? I mean seriously why not expand "Movies" section, tutorials, smart setup ideas, performance etc etc, even adding any Live PA stuff, MPC or similar ( which may let you catch some new Live buyers). Due to space and clarity it shouldnt be that "free for all" but people could send their videos and someone> you would decide what is worth putting on the site.
