Greyed Out File Menus A Lot

I'm aware that this was a known issue somewhere in the v.5 lineage. But now I'm using v.6. The rest of my specs are below. I know if I click to another application the menus come back online so it's not a big deal but it happens alot. I'm pretty sure it's related to Reaktor and Kontakt. I can't say for sure that the problem is limited to Native Instruments stuff but they at least severely exacerbate the issue.
