as subject say, I'm trying to find a way to assign midi key to "loop to next locator" option... no luck in my search for now...

Hi,
I'd love to gain your deepest gratitude, but I'm afraid there is no easy way to do that for now, and I can't even think of one. So I guess that would be a wish for the 'Feature wishlist' section of this forum. Also explain the reasons of your wish if you do post it there.

this is a menu command?
if all else fails, it is possible to emulate keyboard strokes and mouse clicks using AutoHotKeys (windows)
so by a combination of Bome Midi Translator and Auto HotKeys, it may be possible to achieve this
key word = "may" = I leave it up to you to research a bit and give it a try
