Need Opinion Re: Live 6 And Bug Postings

I haven't been a long-time user or Forum participant, so I am curious to know from those that are: with so many bugs being posted for Live 6 (and Live 5 for that matter), and with so much apparent activity from Ableton when in the BETA program, is it normal that Ableton appears missing in action in the Bugs & Problems Forum. I know that the Forum description mentions that there isn't daily monitoring, but it seems like lately there hasn't been any participation from Ableton. Certainly I could have missed their postings, so I am just curious what veteran members think. I don't mean to suggest that Ableton isn't working or is ignoring any problems, just wondering if this is "normal."
I suppose what has thrown me off course is that as a BETA participant, there was so much activity, especially at the end of the BETA cycle, that now that Live 6 has been officially released, it seems awfully quiet.
Thanks for everyone's input.

Since you are soliciting opinions:
I've never noticed all that much Ableton attention to the bugs & problems forum, so that does not worry me.
It is certainly true that there is not nearly the forum presence which there was during the beta period. That also does not worry me too much because my perception is that there are far fewer complaints currently than during the Live 5 era.

The general consensus seems to be that Live 6 is what Live 5 should have been, in terms of stability.

Interesting observation. I haven't been around long enough, I suppose.

Also interesting. I have experienced a few issues myself. Nothing that keeps the program from being a pleasure to use, but frustrating nonetheless.
I appreciate the comments. Thanks.

Hi,
Just to clarify things a bit here.
First thing to consider is that 90% of the issues posted in that forum end up in our support inbox as well, and we privilege direct answers as it sometimes requires many exchanges.
Other than that, we certainly can't get anything from a post that says 'my Live does not work' or 'my computer crashes'. Again in these cases, it is much better to be in contact via email so we can receive crash reports and log files.
Very few issues get actually reported AND solved on this part of the forum, but it still happens.
And last, this forum is monitored, mainly by me but also by others, and we try not to forgot any unanswered issue, even if it is sometimes hard to keep track of double forum/support inbox posts. If we are sometimes silent, it means that we investigate issues, but we are busier taking care of the support line, we support guys.
The developers who participate actively to the beta are now returned in their little developer holes to write the best code possible for future updates
Regards,
Amaury
