This may be a stupid question. When you copied your songs to your external drive did you copy your .asd files as well?

i don't copy the mp3 to the external drive, all my music is there, so when i open them with ableton it creates the .asd file in the same folder where the song is, i never move the files into other folder or drive

Hello,

Please verufy these facts:

-Do you have Quicktime installed on your own machine, if yes, which version?
-same for the other PC where the files are not warped anymore.

Kind regards,
Amaury

i've got QuickTime 7, and in the other machine QuickTime 7 Pro

btw, i try to use the external hard drive in others machines and it works fine, only fails in the QT 7 Pro machine. Maybe i've to uninstall QT 7 Pro and install QT7 ??

Hi,

And what exact version did you use to warp the tracks / What exact version of Live is on the computer that resets the warp markers?

Hi,

So, the tracks were warpedin Live 6.0.1, and are read on Live 6.0.1, both machines are 6.0.1, and both have quicktime 7? Is that right?

Are they Mac or PC?

Regards,
Amaury
