Loading multisamples into Sampler chromatically?

Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to load a large selection of samples into Sampler and have them automatically adjust to the keyboard chromatically?

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I cannot find an option for this, which means I am spending a lot of time assigning individual samples to their own keygroup.

Any help would be great.

Is there any way to drag a bunch of files into sampler and have them map to one key each, at original pitch? You know, a basic plain-vanilla layout a la "Import Multiple Samples - Chromatic" in Logic's EXS24.

Anything to speed up workflow in this would be great!

I looked high and low for this function when i had the Beta. I couldn't find it! and it stopped me from buying sampler. You would have thought this would have been standard.

It does seem a bit strange that they haven't included this VERY basic feature. I just assumed that it would be there before purchasing Sampler.

I'ts a shame because I have always found that Ableton enhanced my work flow with every release, but now this will just slow me down.

Maybe I should add this post to the wishlist section for future updates. I'm sure they will include this feature soon. Fingers crossed!

yes, the workflow needs to be worked on.....its like mix between a swiss army knife and a rubix cube at the moment, its not just the assortment of function but the ease of access that counts
