I saw the decks, the mixer, the laptops, the loops catcher...But which audio/midi interface is running to command live?

Richie had a custom made controller i believe when i saw him at fabric last, couldnt tell you who made it though..

Isn't that Traktor on his screen? It's not Live.

Interesting, maybe it's someoen elses machine in shot?

nope. His daddy is now retired, worked as robotics engineer at general motors and did the prototype of the midi modification to allen & heat mixers. They eventually sold the project to allen&heat who started producing midi-able mixer in large scale.
That's why the first A&H mixer w/midi had a kitchy richie hatwing signature on them.
