Live 6 booting problem!

Having a slight problem with Live 6.01
When i boot up my Mac osx 10.4.8, 4GB Ram, 2.3Ghz everything is fine, but over the last few days when i tried to launch live 6 from the dock, i got error -600? i then force-quit live and live wouldnt open for the rest of the session!
Today i booted up Live6 and got nothing! when i had a look at the task manager it said Live not responding?! so i rebooted and live6 was then able to launch
any ideas?
