Hi

I've just recently purchased an m-audio firewire solo and i've just installed the live lite that comes with it. However, i'm having problems booting the program. It keep scanning my C drive for vst folders and after a long while of scanning, it crashes. Any idea how to solve this issue?

I guess that you've accidentally set your C folder as the CST folder. You have to delete the preferences.cfg file that you'll find there:

# Windows (Live 4 and later versions): C:/Documents and Settings/your user name/Application Data/Ableton/Live/Preferences
# Mac OS X: /User/Library/Preferences/Ableton

Restart Live then. You will have to set your Preferences again, but that should solve the problem. Set the right VST folder then, the one containing your plugins.
