Mobile Audio interface

I finally bought myself a laptop so that I can start playing shows without dragging along the 'ol mainframe. Now I'm trying to figure out the best mobile sound card to suit my needs. I've been eyeing http://www.m-audio.com/products/en_us/F ... -main.html but it's only got 2 analog inputs.
Here's what I'm looking for:
-4 analog inputs, at least 2 preamped and at least 1 XLR connector.
-At least 4 outputs.
-Small+light. I may be doing a bike tour with this... weight counts in the rockies.
-Firewire or USB2. (Bus powered)
-Not necessary, but a midi in would be nice
http://www.motu.com/products/motuaudio/ ... rview.html seems great albeit more than enough (in features and price). What are your opinions on applicable interfaces?
(for those interested http://usa.asus.com/products.aspx?l1=5& ... elmenu=2is the laptop)
