3.0 bug w/ XP Remote Desktop Connection

I noticed that when viewing Live 3.0 on a remote computer using Windows XP Remote Desktop Connection Sharing the Live 3.0 graphics are totally messed up. The Live 3.0 interface looks light purple and the graphics are jumping all around on the screen. It's unusable.
I was using Live 2.12 on the same computer in the same way described above and had no problem, so it must be something with 3.0? Live 3.0 looks fine on the computer when I'm not using XP Remote Desktop Connection Sharing?
I would very much like to get this working.
Has anyone else seen this?
Also, Live 3.0 seems to use more CPU resources than 2.12, is anyone seeing that as well? My PC is a 1.7 Ghz P4 W/512mb ram.
Here are the video cards that I'm using in the computers running XP Remote Desktop Connection Sharing:
ATI Rage 128 16mb (host)
NVIDIA TNT 64 32mb (remote PC)
Thanks for your input in advance,
jb
