Jeez, sorry to hear that. I had a slump for over a year, and I'm back in full swing now. Year-plus long slumps happen sorry to say, but I'm glad I still have my live license.
If you have gear to sell, do that - you'll incur less loss if you sell gear rather than a software license...
That said, I have a friend who would be interested. I'll pm ya.

Are you the original Global Goon who released stuff on Rephlex? It's always sad to hear someone is giving up music, especially when they've done good work in the past.
Maybe you should try revamping your setup to see if you can get some inspiration back?

You've done some really excellent stuff. Hopefully you're just taking a break and not giving it up for good.

I've always admired your work. Now I'm really, really sad. Best of luck with whatever you do.

sorry guys, I was gonna sell, but then I had an idea:
I'll be a music production tutor instead!
I've used Live for over 4 years and reason for 6
so I'm setting up a 1on1 tutoring service from home, I could make more money like that than selling my copy of live
cheers for your kind words though!

all the best with tutorials. I think that's very interesting for a lot of people. software seems to get more complicated with every upgrade. I am expecting a company to do the reverse: release new update which are in fact much more simple to operate
must say: Live is one of the easiest programs around once you get to understand it's GUI. still love it because of that... haven't upgraded to 6 yet though... Live 5 is fine for me but syncing video might be interesting for some future projects...
