I recently conected lemur to my PC with midi yoke, and I have this problem with live 6, if I put the remote on midi yoke output, and I record an automation, when it reads it back it enables the "return to arragement " button, and then the automation is stopped.
If I want the automation to be read I have to disconect the midi yoke remote output, but then it wont update movements on the lemur.
Does someone have a solution?????

Didn't you simply assign a Session view contol to MIDI Yoke port by mistake?
Sounds simple, but worth checking.

Axel from Jazzmutant gave me the solution.
I was using the same midi yoke port for output and input (on mac that's how I do it)
and this was creating a loop, now I use midiyoke 1 for output and midi yoke 2 for input and it works fine.
