Looks nice - I like the mis-spelling of "pawn" in the description toorobin wrote:Not quite the same thing but an interesting device, Danny Mac's DM01, due march (and built by Kenton):

I could probably hook you up with a pluggo or max patch that converts 1 CC to notes. So that you can use a knob to navigate clips.sweetjesus wrote:lol
im thinkin might go with a nice dj mixer and use that alongside my remote SL Zero .. the only thing im droolin over are the wheel button things on the xone 3d ... for scene navigation thats hott
Or get a faderfox module. They also come with a scene navigation knob.
Come to think of it, I could probably "emulate" that knob on a bcr with a push encoder...
Or... wait for the faderfox units with endless encoders. They're bound to be announced any week now...

The Faderfoxes are overpriced, IMO.
And Ecler makes REALLY nice products. I bought a Nuo5 over a Pioneer DJM-800 and couldn't be happier.

whoa... where have you seen them for 125 quid? i'd get one for that. i've never seen them for less than 150. (i'd still wait for the next gen though)robin wrote:125 quid for a controller? Pretty good really.SUPERBANANBOMB wrote:The Faderfoxes are overpriced, IMO.

LV1's were that price.itook4lefts wrote:whoa... where have you seen them for 125 quid? i'd get one for that. i've never seen them for less than 150. The second generation I've seen for £147 (edit: Digital Reaction have em here: http://www.thereactor.co.uk/index.asp?f ... &catid=188
The LV2 if mapped correctly (use Bomes/midiStroke for key mappings) would possibly be even more useful. Well worth the money.
I'm waiting for the new ones though too. I'd love to see encoders with LED positional rings around them (ala BCR).
