Chain - Reaktor New School

When making a rack with two instances of Reaktor "New School" the chain control does not affect the blending etc of the sounds.
I may do a blending control by setting a macro knob to the volume (and inverted volume) for the two, though.
Me wrong thinking?
BUT Reaktor instances shifts when moving the chain control. Sound does not change though.
