Hi !

I have just made a tune on my Live 6. I play everything but the drums.

I really dig the tune!!! Good job!
I am totally into the ethereal/dreamy vibe you have going there with the bass and drum loops keeping it all pulsing along. Had me envisioning the guitar on a lonely journey through the ether =-)

IDEA!! Extend the entire composition. Add a second guitar theme with a different tone and introduce it late in the current composition, as if the second guitar is also on a lonely journey and the two paths are converging; the second hears the first in the distance and responds. After the second's theme, the first guitar responds to the second, then they both voice simultaneously for a brief time before the second guitar begins to fade away as their paths diverge again, leaving the first guitar to end the composition alone again on its journey...

Again, really nice job! Inspired me

I really liked this piece and its orchestration - the guitar line, tell me, does it have a background or history or was it improvised on the spot? "Live" as our sponsors would put it...

Thanks for putting it up and for the link to the website. I'm just finding my way with Live 6 and the track gave me a lot of encouragement.

I had a plan to make something beautiful but still strange tonal- like my idol this days "Jon Hassells Marifa Street" (Buy this cd). Since I could not make this happen- I played this little thing out of anger and frustration- to be honest. My other tune/sound called Swell are just guitar impro-

Hi !

My gear (for this tune) are: fender strat-rat dist-wah-tc 2290 delay-mesa f-50-shure mic (close up and in center)-moto travler audio interface-mac. Leadsound are rat.

The theme was "improvised and recorded on the spot" as I was jamming with mac and ableton.

I have made a second guitarpart as you "wanted". I dont know if it got the wibe you talk about - or if its able to picture a journey - or a meeting in space. But I will post it soon
