if you had to pick one virtual instrument plug in...HHELP!

MX 4(MOTU)
Absynth 4(NI)
Reaktor 5(NI)
Massive (NI)
I havent used Ableton Sampler before,
but what i want is something where i could sample and freak the sound so much i could make synths, and also just design sounds whenim not makin tracks.....
there was this one instrument, my teacher at school was using, he was loadin up samples(looked like it might have been some NI shit, all flashy) and just freakin em up to make weird sounds out of the loops.
so what is tested and true on here?
which would you suggest for the shite im lookin for.?

Honestly I think I'd pick Sampler over any of those, but then maybe that's cos I don't know MX4 and the mere mention of NI makes my bones weep.

MaxMSP. Spend a month on/off on building your first FSU-synth, and then the rest of your musical life tweaking it, using it, loving it, personalizing and improving it until it's an all-sampling, all-flying step sequencing, HID-sucking, brain-freeze-inducing monster of a patch with your signature sound...

I have an extreme dislike these days of all things NI.
MX4 looks interesting, but I think something like Zebra2 would be more flexible. No sampling capabilties though of course.

I despise NI with a white hot intensity. They will take your money, give you a buggy product, then ignore your customer support requests. Although I have only bought MOTU audio interfaces, I've never used Digital Performer or any of their software. However, I am very impressed with MOTU as a company.
My advice would be to go for SAMPLER, with the MOTU as a second option.

Reaktor, you don't have to get in to the programming but you can if you want.
You're basically getting access to 1000's of synths, fx, loopers and general sonic madness the like of which...well....
Yes I dislike NI too for many reasons (anyone else battling w/the half-formed mess that is Battery 3?) but R5's rock-solid for nearly anyone you care to ask. True, the recent update was a bit of a fiasco registration-wise but other than that you could get Reaktor and never need another plugin, ever.

question about the MAx/dsp.
this is strictly to program with right?(do i have to have some sort fo knowledge of programming to use it?)
i see a 50/50 here,
Reaktor getting props but NI getting the bad support rating.
do they ship buggy product randomly, or will a whole version come out and be buggy(i think i could deal with that , so i dont buy it, than find out 1 in a 1000 reaktors is buggy) it seems like horrible support.
has anyone whos used reaktor, been aable to pull off the same sort of things in sampler? (reaktor also looks like a CPU hog.)
