Bug: Live opens plugin windows randomly

If i save a preset with 1 vst that has the plugin window closed. It'll load fine the next time. (ie. closed)
If i save a preset with 2 vst's and then load it after restarting Live. It'll open the plugin windows every single time.
If i save a preset with 2 vst's and then load it after restarting Live. It'll open the plugin windows every single time.
