Aargh...beat matching kills me

Theres one funny house track, im trying to beat match, but its a tricky track...lol, im not setting the warp markers..i never did, its much easier to beat match with out them. But the problem is, when i try to match it in the end,it takes some milliseconds at the beginning...wtf
