I am so glad to see some boring people ... never learn to use a sotfware... make some generals critics for nothing real.....
Oh guy use M$ and cubase for life, speak on the right forums, and learn to write one interressant thing.....

okay by-pass... how about you learning how to spell and read?!?
SPELLING
- sotfware (must be something Microsoftish?)
- make some generals critics (which generals? Pinochet?)
- for nothing real (you mean unreal?)
- interressant (sounds Swedish)

meaning I am happy with my Live 6 and Sampler.. it is just that I have noticed some bugs.. that's all... and that I am looking forward to update to 6.0.2.
and you can keep your Microsoft sotfware... thank you!
I will stick to Mac.

Dude, he's from switzerland; there's no need to attack his use of the english language. Plus, half of the criticisms you note in your spelling section are grammatical, not spelling errors. Just for clarity, champ.

I know... I overreacted...
but if someone steps on my toes - then I kick back with the same foot..
I love Ableton Live + #6 and all I said was that I am looking forward to the update.. because I want the application to run perfect so that I can work without any problems.
And everybody who purchase an application knows how much it costs - I have bought Ableton 5 + 6 + Sampler this year, so it is a lot of money for me. I am not very rich but I wanted to have the license. That's why I want Live to work smoothly!!!
so then when by-pass writes something stupid (when I read it now it looks really daft and actually quite un-understandable) and wants me to get Microsoft-junk and post in another forum.. that's what "peaced" me off and lead me to striking back. maybe I was too harsh.
and also I wanted to cheer acidman up with a joke... Live <---> Dead
Get the joke?!

I sent a bug to support a couple months ago and was wondering if it's "on the list" to be fixed for an upcoming release.
The problem that there is audible noise when rendering a high-rate project (say, 88.2khz/32-bit) to 44.1khz/16-bit.
The only work-around I know if is exporting to disk in the native sample/bitrate and rendering to 44.1/16-bit in another program.
Thanks.

Ableton make an incredible product that allows a lot of musicians to do things they wouldnt otherwise be able to. That they release an update with very serious bugs is dissapointing but they are working as hard as they can to get it all sorted out. I had 6 crash on stage during 3 important shows but they worked with me to fix it and this latest release has fixed all my issues... now if only you could have more than one project open at a time like Logic !

Live is sorting the external plugins automatically by date. Changing to "sorting by name" wont be stored! So you have to change sort order every time after starting Live... (if you dont like by date)
