Anyone can tell me how to use this effect?
I put it in my track, and I dont see any meaningful change.
So what is the main purpose of Dynamic Tube?
or What is the most value of it?

It's a subtle effect. When this came up before half the forum was saying "yeah, wtf", the other half said they "don't use it much but when they do it makes all the difference."

Try to find an FX chain that uses it, crank the volume and turn it on/off.

try it on a simple percussion loop.

..actually I think this plug sounds incredible. It adds some subtle non-linear distortion, wicth varies acording to the sound levels for exemple. Very effective on anything that has white noise in it in percussion... and lots of other uses. I agree it can be subtle but that is fine.

try it on a deep sine wave type bass, adds nice colour & warmth
