PHONIC HELIX BOARD 12 FIREWIRE MIXER - Pros? Cons?

Does anyone have experience with this mixer? How is its performance as a firewire interface? Any latency issues? What are your thoughts about it?

I don't have any experience per say with the Helix board, besides checking it out at the local store, but a while ago I was looking at them. I just didn't need the whole mixer thing though. They seem to be a good deal, but you get what you pay for. I also I don't think the faders work in Firewire mode and I don't like that.
