Bug live 6: resample causes audio pause in main output

Powerbook 1.3ghz, 2gb ram, OSX 10.4.6
Live version 6.03.
Internal sound card, fresh new install of OS.
make two audio tracks.
set both tracks to "input: resample"
load a sample on track 1.
start recording on track 2.
stop track 1 and play the recording you just made on track 2.
the audio input has a short silence before taking over and is no longer seamless like it used to be in version 4 and version 5 of the software.
Until this bug is fixed, I can't use live 6 at all cause this glitch is severe.
