Is there a way to record just midi cc envelopes in the sequencer view or it just records vst parameter movements?

I'm asking this because I noticed that in the clip editor you can (not record but) at least draw clip envelopes for mixer, vst and MIDI parameters.
In the sequencer view there are just mixer and vst parameters....

no you cant (not in the session view), but you can use dummy clips. Check out the tips & tricks sticky, its in there.
