No Preset selection from instrument and no presets in operat

Im in live 6 I have operator, but I don't see any presets. I also don't see any place that I can select presets from?!?
I also notice that on other VST instruments that I drop into a midi channel, the don't have a "patch" or preset drop down to select in the instrument window at the both of live. Is this a Mac thing? I always had that on my PC version in Live 5.

I think as of live 6 operator's presets are distributed as a separate livepack, found
here. Or at least installing that should get you the presets.

I think you are reffering to the location of the presets, they are in the browser now under Instument>Operator, they used to be a pull down menu in 5 i think...
honestly don't know why they changed it, pull-down was great.

what that sux that pull downs are gone for all vst intstruments. I used it all the time.

Wow is this annoyings... so I installed the operator presets on my imac at the following location
home/music/live library/presets/instruments/operator
yet, even after closing and reopening live, I still do not seem them in the live browser... grrr!!

If you have your whole live library at that location, it should work, but if not, the default location for the live library on a mac is "/Users/YourUserName/Library/Application Support/Ableton/Library". I don't know that it will find presets not in the library.
