Big Tick Rhino cannot find sample files on project reload

I recently purchased the Big Tick Rhino VST, and didn't notice during testing the demo, that on reloading Live projects that have more than one instance of Rhino in, one or more of those instances will complain that they cannot find a WAV file. Not just one particular preset, either, it happens with pretty much every project where I've used more than one copy of Rhino at once.
Anyone else getting this problem?
As it happens, I'm still running 6.0.1. I just haven't gotten around to upgrading to 6.0.3, and I hear there are lots of issues with it. Should I upgrade?
P.S. Yes, I have already informed Tick over at the KVR Audio forums.
