Problems decoding Apple Lossless (.m4a) files.

I'm wondering if anyone else is having issues with their .m4a files in Ableton. I'm running on XP and I have Quicktime installed, and I'm trying to DJ with a large amount of Apple Lossless files - however roughly 20% of them have errors during the decode, although the files themselves play fine in iTunes.
