6.03: Keyboard / Mouse Quits

Having an ongoing intermittent issue with Live for a long time now (since vs 5):
Some keyboard / mouse funtions randomly quit. Includes:
- Spacebar stops launching / stopping transport
- Mousewheel quits scrolling / up, down
Doesnt seem to be any common factor in when this happens, no common denominator.
Also, have seen this happen on other peoples machines with different configurations. So its not confined to mine.
Have only seen this on PC so far .. doesnt mean it doesnt happen on Mac, just that I havent worked on Macs at any length enough to see it happen if it does.
Sometimes it randomly comes back, other times need to save and restart the project
