i thought this was a nice track......synth sounds in it are nice.....the bass is great and adds atmosphere as well.......and the bongos are cool,
out of interest what bpm is it? initially i felt it was a little fast, but then that could just be me and the fact its like 6am.....i like my progressive stuff up to around 128 - 134 bpm maybe tops......
If your looking for ways to improve this track, and im no expert but i do love my music...
1...try a little variation with the hats, chop em up a bit more...maybe every 8 or 16 bars
2...layering your pads can only add to the intensity of the track and i feel it wouldnt go amiss here........
3...personally i wasnt a fan of the vocal snippets through it, but thats just a personal preference mate..
Dont get me wrong, ive listened 4 times now, and it gets a thumbs up from me, i like it......but for an honest opinion i feel theres so much more potential with this and i would love to hear any updates you made to it
overall a nice edgy track......
i loved pete lazonby's sacred cycle track, its like one of my favourites of all time....
hope this helps amigo, if you wanna return the favour i have one up on myspace.....although i aint put up the full version because people passing thru on myspace dont stay on ur page very long, so by the time the intro is out there gone and miss the point of the track.....im into my electro at the moment.....
