Missing effects racks and instrument racks after re install

Help! 
I had to uninstall and re install Live because it kept crashing.
But now a lot of my presents are missing.
I have no instrument rack presets and many of the audio effects racks are missing too.
I have downloaded all the live paks and installed them but they still are missing...anyone have any idea's?
