Saffire LE owners: help!

hi there I just need to understand how to do this
I want to hear my midi synth on the main monitors, and the guitar (plugged in in my saffire too) on a guitar combo, which I can connect via one of the other outputs...
how do I tell my saffire to manage to completely different signals, one the synth and one the guitar, and send them to 2 different outputs?
I was thinking using outputs 3 and 4 which are the headphones ones...
