Unchecking Delay Compensation does not restore latency

If you check Delay Compensation, your latency goes up to accomodate for all the plugin latencies involved. If you uncheck Delay Compensation, the latency does not go back down. The only solution is to save the set with Delay Compensation off, and then re-open it.
