missing 'edit' button in Live 6.03

In Live 5, it was possible to edit a sample in your external editor by pressing an 'edit' button in the sample properties pane.

This seems to have been removed in 6.0.3. The only way I have found to edit a sample is to go 'Manage Set'/'View Samples' and then scroll down to find the sample I want to edit. Which when you have a large set is a bit of a pain.

I really hope I am missing something simple here. Anyone noticed this, or can tell me how to do this more simply?

Many thanks,
Kai

It was removed in live 6. To my knowledge, ableton hasn't offered an explanation as to why...

The functionality is still there though. It's in the context menu now (right click).

You can right-click on the sample and choose "Manage Sample File". This brings up the sample list with the sample selected. Then you press the "Edit" button. This is a faster than "Manage Files/Manage Samples/View Samples/scroll down" - still not quite as convenient as the previous method.

Great, thanks. That'll do me...
