So I'm trying to setup a RemoteSL template in Live primarily for performance purposes. I've had good luck mapping most of the triggers, sliders, and knobs, but seem to be unable to reproduce the transport buttons the way they are set up in Automap. Does anybody have any idea how to do this?

For some reason I can't get the stop button to work at all, even when I copy and paste it from the automap template into my own via the SL Editor.

Help Please!

Also -- where the hell do I find the rewing and forward buttons in the Ableton MidiMap screen?

hi sm,

you can change the command each knob sends within the SL itself ("analog"). You could (for example*) make the PLAY button be a C-2 (NoteOn: 48). Just push 'Edit' within the map or automap you want to change, press the button you want to change and do so.

*I think Live cannot read ControlChanges yet. Let me know if it helped..
