Ableton Forum

Hey.

I'm a new Ableton Live Lite 5 user and i cannot play MIDI tracks. I can drag them on the track and i can "see" them, but i cannot enable the audio to MASTER.

I have two different MIDI outputs enabled:

Toneport UX2
Microsoft GS Wavetable SW Synth

They are both enabled but it always says NO OUTPUT on the MIDI to field.

Can anybody please help me??

the only way I can recreate this is if I drop midi clips onto audio tracks. Are you dragging the tracks onto midi tracks ? when i do this as soon as I drop the clip the output to changes from no output to master
