Hi,
I want to use my dj mixer (VMX 300) but my mixer doesn't have MIDI outputs. If i get RCA to MIDI converter cables will Live see my mixer as a MIDI device?

I want to use it for dj mixing, so controlling the crossfader, EQ's, Effects. That kind of thing.

No.
No no no.
Audio and MIDI are two different things. If your mixer is not a MIDI controller, it cannot be used to control MIDI.
