OT: accomodation options for May (Melbourne Australia)

Sorry for the of topic people -

In May I will be looking for residential properties closer to the center of Melbourne (no more than say 20 minutes away) and preferably close to Richmond (Bridge Road).
If anybody knows of anyone looking for a house/flat mate around then let me know.
Preferably non smoking, non recreational drug using, non drinking would be great also but not essential.
Prefer someone or people over 35.
I'm 38 going on 39 this year.
Gay friendly household (though I'm non-scene) not into clubbing or partying and mix well with loads of straight people from all walks of life.
Pretty easy going and sociable.

Will be starting an adult apprenticeship (full time) from the 1st of May and am just putting out feelers on possible options over the next few months.
Have 1 dog a 13 year old Staffy who is very well housetrained, great with cats, dogs and other pets and superb with children and people in general.
As stated just looking at possible options at the moment.
Will be working Tuesday too Saturday's 9-5:30 / 9-9:30 / 9-7:30 / 9-6PM.
Have good references.
