Problems when dragging mp3's into audio tracks

Hi folks
For some reason when i try to drag mp3's into an audio track, a message appears talking about insufficient access rights for decoding and to start live once and administrator or member of the admin team is available, or install quicktime.
I use Windows Vista.
Any ideas?
