Live 603 Simpler+plugins redraw problem

I work in a project with about 18 tracks (very few audio clips yet in Session or Arrangement). Some plugins on 3 tracks, but only a few (3 to 5) used at the same time. Maximum CPU use about 35%.
O2 is used to control Simpler (onlu the first 4 loop parameters are controlled).
Problem: after playing with Simpler for about 15 - 30mn, it stops giving proper feedback on the actions of controllers. Only a couple of notes are played on the keyboard (even just one). Controllers actions are received and the loop sound changes in Simpler, but the visualization is not refreshed in Simpler waveform window and behaviour of loop seems erratic (as if there was nor enough CPU ressources to follow the action of controllers smoothly).
Also, I noticed that the same thing happens with some plugins. I use in this project GRMTools Freeze and Reson (not many filters in Reson) CPU max charge is about 35%. When I had the problem with Simpler I also tried Freeze: same thing the loop window would not redraw. So I guess this is not a Simpler problem but a Live problem?
My system: Powerbook G4 1GHz, OSX 10.3.9. controllers plugged: Mackie Control + jlcooper CS10 + Doepfer Pocket Dial + O2. Live 6.0.3 (had same problem with Live 6.0.1).
Anybody had this too? Concert coming next week…!! Thanks for your help.
